Digitalya OPS (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates clientzen.io (“Site”, “Website” or “Service”).
We only collect your personal data with your consent and solely use it to create a better relationship with our users and customers. Further on we will explain how we use each type of data.
If you shared with us your email address, we will use it in accordance with your preferences. There are a few possible scenarios:
Knowing your name helps us establish a human connection. If you shared with us your name we will use it to personalize the emails we will send to you.
By sharing with us your job title you are helping us to better target our services. We will use it to personalize the emails that we will send to you and serve you ads based on your interest.
You could also send us your resume for a job post that is available. If we have your CV, we will solely use it for the recruiting process. After the process is finished, we will not retain your information, unless we have your clearly given consent that you want to be notified when we have a new job opening.
No form on our website requires you to give us your phone number. However, if you decide to provide it to us, we will use it to keep in contact when time is of the essence (for example: close to a deadline, a job interview).
If you provide us with other data like business insights or project information, we will use it to better understand your needs and offer you our customized solution.
This website is not intended for the use of minors and does not have any content meant to attract minors under 18 years old. We do not knowingly hold any personal data from minors under 18 years old. If you know or believe that we hold such information, please contact us at email@example.com.
ClientZen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You have the right to access any personal data that our company holds about you. You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting access and a representative will send you a complete report with all the information we may hold and the reasons why we have it.
If any of the information we hold is incorrect or no longer available, you have the right to change it and request us to update it with accurate data. You can do so by sending a request at email@example.com.
We value your right to privacy, so if you decide you don’t want our company to have your information, we will delete all of your personal data from our database. You can request us to delete your information by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep in mind that if we are legally obligated to keep your information, we will not delete your data.
You can opt out of receiving the Digitalya newsletter at any time either by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we have sent to you, or by contacting us at email@example.com requesting to be unsubscribed from any further communication.
