ZenScore is our unique rating, designed to gauge how well a company treats its customers. We consider everything from customer satisfaction scores and overall feelings about ZenMasters' products or services to what's driving positive sentiments.
So, when you see a ZenScore, it's a well-rounded view of how much a company values and engages with its customers, considering all these factors.
Criteria of Selection
In setting our selection criteria, we've honed in on key aspects. Our ZenScore specifically targets software and apps designed to aid the kinds of teams and specialists we serve, including customer success managers, customer experience specialists, voice of customer managers, and customer support managers, among others.
We've chosen to feature companies that have gathered at least 100 public reviews, as this provides a solid foundation of data from which ClientZen can derive reliable, data-driven insights to establish their ZenScore.
To maintain transparency in our scoring process, we've incorporated only public reviews from G2 into our analysis. In each specific subcategory, we showcase 6 companies that, according to their customer feedback, have excelled in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Based on their public insights, these companies probably have some of the best Voice of Customer Programs in 2024.
